The University of Cambodia held the final dissertation defenses today, with a panel of expert reviewers and representatives from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Mr. Heng Serey Rathana (Educational Administration) presented his dissertation research findings, engaging in thorough discussions and answering questions from the committee.
